We welcome paper proposals in relation to the roles that any of the following can play in the language learning process:1. Traditional resourcesPaper-based: grammar books, textbooks, printed media...Audiovisual: video, cassette, DVD3. Computer-based resourcesSoftwareInternetElectronic communication tools: forum, chat, e-mailThese topics are only intended as an illustrative guide, but all paper proposals are assumed to represent original and unpublished work.Proposals for 20-minute papers (and 10-minute discussion) must include:i) Personal and academic data: author's name, affiliation and e-mail addressii) An abstract up to 150 words, including the paper titleiii) A three-page double-space description of your research questionThe official language of the conference is English. Paper proposals should be sent by 18 April 2007 via e-mail to ibrady@pdi.ucam.edu; [i], [ii] and [iii] should be sent as separate .doc attachments (Word format). Please set the subject line of your e-mail to include the following reference: RFLL07-paper. Notification of acceptance or rejection of submitted proposals will be mailed by 9 May 2007.There will be no conference proceedings, but we intend to publish an edited book with all those papers in which a satisfactory research standard is met. Final papers for review will be delivered by hand on floppy disk to the Chair of the session.
