Call for papersSponsored by the following F.I.U departments and programs: Department of Modern Languages, MOL Graduate Students Association, the Latin American and Caribbean Center and Women Studies, and with the participation of the Department of Modern Languages and Literatures from the University of Miami, Coral Gables Keynote Speaker: Dr. Joyce Tolliver, University of Illinois We welcome proposals for papers and panels about topics related to Spanish, Catalan, Galician, Spanish-American or Brazilian women writers from Enlightenment to Modernismo. The deadline for submission is January 7th 2013 If you are interested in presenting a paper or in organizing a session, please E-mail a one-page abstract (250 words) and a title page with the author’s name, address and phone no later than January 7th 2013 to:Professor Joan Torres-Pou (Florida International University)Modesto Maidique Campus: pouj@fiu.edu Papers should not exceed 10 double-spaced pages (reading time: 20 minutes). Registration fee is $165. A revised version of selected papers will be considered for publication in a collective volume.
